Before treatment:
It was realized that the patient’s head was smaller than the same age kids at the age of 4 months. He had hypoevolutism. He couldn’t turn around, he was send to the local hospital but was undiagnosed. He had MRI at the age of 1, and diagnosed as” cerebral palsy”. He had rehabilitation training at the age of 1 and a half. He could hold toys with left and with the help of right hand step by step. At the age of 4, he could crawl and sit. He could sit for long time, he could turn over, crawl, could say a syllable and ate pieces of soft food. He could walk on his toes with his parents help. He has scissors gait, his left vision was poor. He has dribble and he couldn’t control his urination and defecation. His family wanted a better treatment so they came to our hospital and he was diagnosed as ” cerebral palsy”.

His spirit was good. His diet was good. He couldn’t control his urination and defecation. His weight was normal.

Admission PE:
Bp: 90/55mmHg; Hr: 120/min, Temperature: 36.3 degree. Br: 22/min. Height: 98cms, weight: 15kgs. His physical development was slow. The skin and mucosa were normal with no yellow stains or petechia. The respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear, with no dry or moist rales. Through auscultation, the heart sound was strong. The cardiac rhythm was regular, with no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was flat, with no masses.

Nervous System Examination:
Aybek Cali was alert. He could cry and speak. He didn’t cooperate with the examination of orientation, calculation and memory. He could understand simple orders. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was 3.0mm. Both pupils were sensitive to light stimulus. The eyeballs movement was flexible. His left eye was used to abduction position. There was no nystagmus. He could say single words such as “ah”, ”ma”, he couldn’t speak and chew weakly. He could raise and turn over head, turn over his body, keep sitting position and crawl slowly, but the cooperation of his lower limbs was bad when he was crawling. He couldn’t stand or walk. Both upper limbs could grab objects, but he couldn’t do fine movement. His left upper limb was flexible than the right. The muscle tension of four limbs was normal. When he stands on his toe with someone’s help, he had scissors gait. The tendon reflex of four limbs was normal. The abdominal reflex was abnormal. Left tendon calcaneus had slight contracture. Both side Babinski sign were positive.

Treatment:
After admission, Aybek Cali received the relevant examinations and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The patient received treatment to fix the damaged nerves, regenerate new nerves, activate the stem cells in her body, nourish the neurons, regulate her immune system, improve the blood circulation, and nourish the neurons. Neurological rehabilitation considered.

Post-treatment:
After treatment, his comprehension and reflexes were better. His learning skill and imitative power was better. Both eyes was bright than before. He dribbled less. His swallowing function was better. He could speak more words. The muscle tension of both lower limb was lower. He could control his lower limbs better. His scissors gait was less. His fingers were powerful. His movement was more flexible. He can do some fine movements now.
